A 6 bedroom house by the sea (up to 15 people including 3 on sofabeds), in the pine forest of Royan (foret de la Coubre), with swimming pool and land, close to the cute village of Ronce les Bains.

We have 180m2 and 1600m2 of garden for you and your friends or family. You may try to do some homeworking too, if you dare (we have an excellent internet and a office space). The house is 80 m from the beach of "la Cepe" (literally across the street). La "Cepe" is a small beach for kids or sunbathing or a point from where kayaking in the sheltered bay of Marennes Oleron. The lively walking streets of Ronce les Bains are just 10min away, but if you prefer go surfing or just enjoy the terrific beaches of la Coubre, take a bike and make your way across the forest (there are many cycling lines and one, 100m form the house); you'll reach the first large oceanic beaches ("galon d'or") in 20min and la "pointe espagnole" in 30-40min.

We bought the house and renovated it thoroughly with only one goal: make sure there's fun for all. This is why we installed a petanque court ,a swimming pool, a football table, a tennis table, a game room, and the kayaks!

But it can be very quiet and romantic too. think of the sea view, the many birds (reach wild live in the forest), the flowers, the walks or diners on the beach by dawn. It is large. It safe and hassle free.

We made this house like our "perfect holiday place" and put everything we ever dreamt of.
